What we collect
When you apply for membership we collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth and occupation. When you contact us we collect your name, email address and message. We also record the IP address a submission came from, to detect abuse.
Why we collect it
To process your membership application, to contact you about the chapter's activities, and — only if you separately opt in — to send you news and campaign material.
Who can see it
Only authorised committee members with an administrator login. We do not sell or disclose your information to third parties.
Where it is stored
On servers located in Australia.
How long we keep it
